Common use of BellSouth Premises Clause in Contracts

BellSouth Premises. The rates, terms and conditions contained within this Attachment shall only apply when ComSouth is physically collocated as a sole occupant or as a Host within a BellSouth Premises pursuant to this Attachment. BellSouth Premises, as defined in this Attachment includes BellSouth Central Offices, and Remote Terminals (hereinafter “BellSouth Premises”). This Attachment is applicable to BellSouth Premises owned or leased by BellSouth. Where not specified, the language in this Attachment applies to both Central Office and Remote Site Collocation.

BellSouth Premises, as defined in this Attachment includes BellSouth Central Offices, and Remote Terminals (hereinafter “BellSouth Premises”). This Attachment is applicable to BellSouth Premises owned or leased by BellSouth. Where not specified, the language in this Attachment applies to both Central Office and Remote Site Collocation.
