In connection with the use, administration, adoption or implementation of a Benchmark Replacement, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein in the Amended Agreement or in any other Loan Amended Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to the Amended Agreement, this Agreement Amendment or any other Loan Amended Document.

Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes. In connection with the use, administration, adoption or implementation of a Benchmark Replacement, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Finance Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Finance Document.

Benchmark Replacement Conforming Changes. In connection with the use, administration, adoption or implementation and administration of a Benchmark Replacement, the Administrative Agent will have the right to make Conforming Changes from time to time and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan DocumentAgreement.

The Administrative Agent will promptly notify Borrowers and the Calculation Agent of the effectiveness of any other Loan Documentsuch Conforming Changes.

In connection with the use, administration, adoption or implementation of a Benchmark Replacement, the Administrative Agent will have (at the right to direction of, or with prior written consent of, the Requisite Lenders) may make Conforming Changes from time to time time, in consultation with the Borrower, and, notwithstanding anything to the contrary herein or in any other Loan Transaction Document, any amendments implementing such Conforming Changes will shall become effective without any further action or consent of any other party to this Agreement or any other Loan Transaction Document.
