Beneficiaries of Agreement. This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of Employer and any affiliates, successors, assigns, parent corporations, subsidiaries, and/or purchasers of Employer as they now or shall exist while this Agreement is in effect.

The releases and covenants that Bristol has granted herein inure to the benefit of DepoMed’s Partner.
