Beneficiaries/References. The beneficiary or beneficiaries designated by the Executive to receive any compensation or benefit payable hereunder following the Executive’s death shall be those set forth from time to time by the Executive on the beneficiary designation form for the Company’s Deferred Compensation Plan. In the event of the Executive’s death or a judicial determination of his incompetence, reference in this Agreement to the Executive shall be deemed, where appropriate, to refer to his beneficiary(ies), estate or other legal representative(s).
