Return of Personal Property. Executive has returned to the Company all items of the Company’s property in Executive’s possession.
Return of Personal Property. Executive will return to the Company no later than the Retirement Date all items of Company property in Executive’s possession or control, including any items containing Confidential Information and any tangible property including all automobiles, laptops, computers, PDAs, Blackberries, Smartphones, credit cards, entry cards, identification badges and keys, provided that Executive shall be permitted to port his cell phone number to another cell phone contract for which Executive is responsible.
Return of Personal Property. Brookdale promises to return to Employee all items of personal property located at Employer's business premises prior to the Termination Date. Employee promises to return to Brookdale all items of Brookdale property in Employee's possession no later than the Termination Date.
Return of Personal Property. Aircastle has promised to return to Employee all items of personal property located at Aircastle's business premises prior to the Termination Date. Employee promises to return to Aircastle all items of Aircastle property in Employee's possession no later than the Termination Date.
Return of Personal Property. Employee expressly agrees that all manuals, documents, files, reports, studies, computer programs or models, budgets, instruments or other materials used, supplied to and/or developed by Employee during the term of this Agreement are solely the property of Employer, and that Employee shall have no right, title or interest therein. Upon termination of this Agreement, for whatever reason, Employee or Employee's representative shall promptly deliver possession of all of Employer's personal property to Employer in good condition. Further, Employee shall also immediately tender to Employer or its representative(s) any and all keys, credit cards, combinations, and/or computer access codes then maintained by Employee.
Return of Personal Property. Concurrently herewith, XxXxxxxxx shall return to the Company any and all personal property provided to him by the Company that is in his possession.
Return of Personal Property. Company shall provide Employee reasonable access to all Company sites, which contain Employee’s personal property. The Company and Employee stipulate that to the best of their knowledge, other than the airplane and propeller identified below, all of Employee’s personal property is located either at 00000 X. 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx or at the Company’s facilities in Dodge City, Kansas. Employee shall be given reasonable time and access to remove such property. Employee and Company agree to complete the return of personal property by no later than August 31, 2023. Employee’s personal property includes, but is not limited to, the following: ● Private effects from Employee’s office at 00000 X. 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx; ● Personal desk at 00000 X. 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx; ● Personal files and books unrelated to the Company at 00000 X. 000xx Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx, Xxxxxx; ● Chevrolet Suburban vehicle maintained in Dodge City, Kansas; and ● Airplane (Cessna 421, tail number N7624Q) and propeller traditionally kept at Xxx Xxxx Xxxxx, Xxx Xxxxxxx, Xxxxxx. In the event there is a dispute as to the ownership of any personal property housed at a Company site, the parties agree to submit the matter for mediation with Xxxxx Xxxxx prior to the filing of any replevin or similar action.
Return of Personal Property. Contemporaneous with the signing, the Employer affirms that it has returned to the Executive, all of his personal property in its possession, custody or control including, but not limited to, the Executive’s records, office equipment, personal photographs, office decorations, etc. The Employer certifies that it has no property of the Executive in its possession or under its control. Notwithstanding the foregoing, it is understood that the Bank after hours on the date hereof will make available the such personal property to the Executive.
