Beneficiary Problem Resolution Processes Established by Providers. Nothing in the Cal. Code Regs., tit. 9, §§ 1850.205, 1850.206, 1850.207, 1850.208 and 1850.209 precludes a provider other than the Contractor from establishing beneficiary problem resolution processes for beneficiaries receiving services from that provider. When such processes exist, beneficiaries shall not be required by the Contractor to use or exhaust the provider's processes prior to using the Contractor's beneficiary problem resolution process, unless the following conditions have been met:
