Beneficiary Services Program. 1. OhioHealthy shall require Payors to develop and implement a Beneficiary Services Program for each Program, designed to process and consider questions, complaints and other matters raised by Beneficiaries with respect to Covered Services rendered. In the event an issue involving Practitioner arises under a Beneficiary Services Program, Practitioner will participate in and cooperate with the procedures of the Beneficiary Services Program and shall comply with all final determinations made by the applicable Payor(s) pursuant thereto.
