BENEFICIARY STATUS. Beneficiary is not an officer, employee or agent of the County, with respect to work performed under this Agreement. This Agreement shall not be construed as creating an agency, partnership, joint venture, employment relationship or any other relationship between the parties other than that of independent parties.
