Qualified Military Service. Notwithstanding any provision of this Plan to the contrary, effective December 12, 1994, contributions, benefits and Service credit with respect to qualified military service will be provided in accordance with Code section 414(u).

Qualified Military Service. Notwithstanding any provision of this Agreement to the contrary, contributions, benefits, and service credit with respect to qualified military service shall be provided in accordance with section 414(u) of the Code.

Qualified Military Service. The following shall apply with respect to military service if applicable:
Qualified Military Service. Post-Severance Compensation includes (without regard to the timing requirement of Section 1.11(I)(1)(a), including for Elective Deferrals) amounts paid to individuals not currently performing Service for the Employer by reason of Qualified Military Service, to the extent that those payments do not exceed what the Employer would have paid to the Employee had the Employee not entered Qualified Military Service. The Employer in Appendix B may elect (for allocation purposes only) to exclude the above amounts from Post-Severance Compensation.
Qualified Military Service. Service includes any qualified military service the Plan must credit for contributions and benefits in order to satisfy the crediting of Service requirements of Code §414(u). A Participant whose employment is interrupted by qualified military service under Code §414(u) or who is on a leave of absence for qualified military service under Code §414(u) may elect to make additional Salary Reduction Contributions upon resumption of employment with the Employer equal to the maximum Deferral Contributions that the Participant could have elected during that period if the Participant's employment with the Employer had continued (at the same level of Compensation) without the interruption of leave, reduced by the Deferral Contributions, if any, actually made for the Participant during the period of the interruption or leave. This right applies for five years following the resumption of employment (or, if sooner, for a period equal to three times the period of the interruption or leave). The Employer shall make appropriate make-up Nonelective Contributions and Matching Contributions for such a Participant as required under Code §414(u). The Plan shall apply limitations of Article III to all Deferral Contributions under this paragraph with respect to the year to which the Deferral Contribution relates.
