Benefit & Burden Sample Clauses

The Benefit & Burden clause establishes that any party who receives benefits under a contract must also accept the associated obligations or burdens. In practice, this means that if rights or advantages are transferred to a third party, that party is also responsible for fulfilling the corresponding duties, such as payment or performance requirements. This clause ensures fairness and balance in contractual relationships by preventing parties from enjoying benefits without shouldering the related responsibilities.
