Benefit Coverage. The Company agrees to provide pension and welfare benefits as described in the Company Booklets, benefit plan documents or policies of insurance for the duration of the Agreement.
Benefit Coverage. If an employee maintains coverage for medical, extended health, dental and group life insurance while on parental leave, the University agrees to continue to pay its share of premiums.
Benefit Coverage. An employee, upon long-term layoff, at her/his own expense, and except for short and long-term sickness and income protection, may continue benefit coverage for a period of nine (9) months following the layoff by arranging to pay the full premiums, in advance, on a quarterly basis.

Benefit Coverage. The following benefits are available to insurance eligible employees. These benefits are subject to the terms of the contract between the insurance carrier and the District.
Benefit Coverage. Medical plan contributions by the University will be provided for a maximum of three months in a calendar year for employees on temporary layoff, for employees on temporary reduction in time, or on furlough as provided in Article 30 – Positions/Appointments, paragraph F. For medical plans to remain in force, employees on temporary layoff, temporary reduction in time or furlough must remit to the University the amount of the employee's contributions, if any.
Benefit Coverage. The Port shall continue to provide benefits coverage under the conditions set forth in the appropriate local union’s construction labor agreement in the same amount and manner now in effect or hereafter modified during the term of this Agreement which has been historically followed by the Port. Fringe benefit contributions, with the exception of pension as noted in C below, shall not be made on vacation hours paid, on holiday paid hours, or on bereavement paid hours not worked. However, contributions shall be made on holiday hours worked.
Benefit Coverage. During the paid portion of the leave, the member and the University shall pay his/her respective shares of the cost of continuing benefit coverage. During the unpaid portion of the leave, benefits will be handled as if the member is on leave without pay.
