BENEFIT CONVERSION PROCEDURE. Employees who may be reassigned from a 53-hour work week schedule to a 40-hour work week schedule, or vice-versa, shall have their accumulated compensatory time leave hours, vacation leave hours, (or CTO hours, as applicable) and sick leave hours converted on the following basis:
