Benefit of Parties Only. This Agreement is made for the sole benefit of the Parties hereto and of their respective successors and permitted assigns. Nothing herein shall create, or be deemed to create, a relationship between the Parties hereto, or either of them and any third person in the nature of a third-party beneficiary, equitable lien or fiduciary relationship.
