Common use of Benefit of this Agreement Clause in Contracts

Benefit of this Agreement. ‌ (a) This Agreement shall inure to the benefit of and be binding upon the respective successors and permitted assigns of the Parties hereto. (b) Except as expressly set forth in the foregoing Sections 18.3(a) or 11.1, nothing in this Agreement shall be construed to give any rights or benefits to anyone other than the City and the Supplier.
