It is your responsibility to ensure that we have your current contact details. By law we are required to continue sending certain information to you at the last known address we have for you. If you do not inform us promptly of a change to your details, the security of your information could be put at risk.

If we post a letter to you at an address outside the UK it will be considered to be received by you seven days after being sent.
