BENEFIT PAYABLE IN CASE OF ACCIDENT OCCURRING OUTSIDE PREMISES OR BEYOND THE COURSE OF EMPLOYMENT. The Contractor shall provide an insurance coverage (Medical + Death Benefit) for sum of Rs. 01/-Lakh to all his workmen/labour deployed at GIPCL-SLPP site for the accident taking place anywhere outside the Company premises or at any place when the xxxxxxx is not in course of his employment.
