Benefit Payments. Subject to the provisions of the Administrative Services Agreement, the Reinsurer shall have responsibility and authority for all benefit payment determinations or settlements, and shall be solely responsible for all expenses associated with benefit payment determinations or settlements pursuant to and in accordance with the Administrative Services Agreement, dated as of the date of this Agreement, between the Company and the Reinsurer, as the same may be amended from time to time (the "Administrative Services Agreement").
