Years of Service. A Participant’s Years of Service shall include all service performed for the Employer and ¨ Shall ¨ Shall Not include service performed for the Related Employer.

Any teacher placed on such leave may engage in teaching or any other occupation during such period, may be eligible for unemployment insurance if otherwise eligible for such compensation under the law, and such leave will not result in a loss of credit for years of service in the School District earned prior to the commencement of such leave.
