Common use of Benefit Percentage Clause in Contracts

Benefit Percentage. With respect to each of the first 60 months of Continuous Service, five twelfths of one percent (5/12%); with respect to each of the next 60 months of Continuous Service, one quarter of one percent (1/4%), and with respect to each month of Continuous Service after the first 120 months of Continuous Service, one sixth of one percent (1/6%).

Benefit Percentage. With respect to each of the first 60 96 months of Continuous Service, five twelfths one half of one percent (5/121/2%); and with respect to each of the next 60 months of Continuous Service, one quarter of one percent (1/4%), and with respect to each month of Continuous Service after the first 120 months of Continuous Service, one sixth of one percent (1/6%)) .

With respect to each of the first 60 180 months of Continuous Service, five twelfths of one percent a percentage determined by dividing 2.5 by 12 (5/122.5/12%); and with respect to each of the next 60 180 months of Continuous Service, one quarter one-eighth of one percent (1/4%), and with respect to each month of Continuous Service after the first 120 months of Continuous Service, one sixth of one percent (1/61/8%).
