Common use of Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Benefit Plans. Executive will be entitled to participate in those benefit plans generally provided for Company’s executives in the same or a similar tier of management, in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans. Additionally, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any other benefit plans made available generally to employees of Company from time to time, including but not limited to, any savings plan, life insurance plan and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions specified in, or amendments made to, such plans.

Benefit Plans. Executive will be entitled to participate in those benefit plans generally provided for Company’s executives in the same or a similar tier of management, in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans. Additionally, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any other benefit plans made relating to stock options, stock purchases, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life and disability insurance, medical coverage, executive medical coverage, education, or other retirement or employee benefits available generally to other executive employees of Company from time to timethe Company, including but not limited to, any savings plan, life insurance plan and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions specified in, or amendments made to, and all terms and conditions contained in such plans.

The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain medical and disability insurance, and such other forms of insurance as the Board of Directors shall determine, for its employees.

The Company shall make commercially reasonable efforts to obtain medical and disability insurance, or amendments made toand such other forms of insurance as the Board shall from time to time determine, such plansfor its senior executive employees.

Additionally, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any life insurance, disability, medical, hospital, health or dental insurance, or other bonus, incentive, profit sharing, stock option, retirement or other executive benefit plans made available generally to employees of Company the employer, whether contributory or non-contributory, as may from time to time, including but not limited to, any savings plan, life insurance plan and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions specified in, or amendments made to, such planstime be uniformly maintained by the Bank for its salaried executives during the term of employment under this Agreement.

Executive will shall be entitled to participate in those all employee benefit plans generally provided of the Company including, but not limited to, equity, pension, thrift, profit sharing, medical coverage, education, or other retirement or welfare benefits that the Company has adopted or may adopt, maintain or contribute to for the benefit of its senior executives, on a basis no less favorable than other senior executives of the Company’s executives in the same or a similar tier of management, in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans. Additionally, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any other benefit such plans made available generally to employees of Company from time to time, including but not limited to, any savings plan, life insurance plan and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions specified in, or amendments made to, such plansprograms.

Benefit Plans. Executive will be entitled to participate in those benefit plans generally provided for Company’s executives in the same or a similar tier of management, in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans. Additionally, The Executive shall be entitled to participate in or receive benefits under any other employee pension or welfare benefit plans plan or arrangement made available generally by the Company at any time during his employment hereunder to its employees (collectively the "Benefit Plans"), including without limitation each qualified retirement plan, life insurance and accident plan, medical, dental insurance plans, and disability plan, subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of Company such plans and arrangements, as they may be amended from time to time, including but not limited to, any savings plan, life insurance plan and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions specified in, or amendments made to, such plans.

Additionally, Executive shall be entitled to participate have the option of participating in any such medical, dental, disability, hospitalization, life insurance, stock option and other benefit plans made available generally to employees of Company (such as pension and profit sharing plans) as Employer maintains from time to timetime for the benefit of other full-time Executives of Employer, including but not limited to, any savings plan, life insurance plan on the terms and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions specified in, or amendments made to, the conditions set forth in such plans.

Executive will be entitled to participate in those benefit plans generally provided for Company’s executives in the same or a similar tier of management, in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans. Additionally, The Executive shall be entitled to the participate in any all plans of the Corporation relating to pension, deferred compensation, profit-sharing, stock purchase, group life insurance, medical insurance or other retirement or employee benefits that the Corporation may then have in force for the benefit plans made available generally to employees of Company from time to timeits executive employees, and for which he is otherwise eligible, including but not limited toto paid family medical insurance, any savings planpaid long-term disability insurance, life insurance plan and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions specified in, or amendments made to, such planspaid family dental insurance.

Benefit Plans. Executive will be entitled to participate in those benefit plans generally provided for Company’s executives in the same or a similar tier of management, in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans. Additionally, The Executive shall be entitled to participate in any other benefit plans made relating to stock options, stock purchases, pension, thrift, profit sharing, life insurance, medical coverage, education or other retirement or employee benefits available generally to other executive employees of the Company from time to timeat an appropriate level for the duties of the office, including but not limited to, any savings plan, life insurance plan and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions (including waiting periods) specified in, or amendments made to, in such plans. Executive will be entitled to participate in those benefit plans generally provided for Company’s executives in the same or a similar tier of management, in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans. Additionally, The Executive shall be entitled to participate in and receive the benefits under any pension, profit-sharing, bonus, stock purchase, stock option, stock bonus, health, life, accident and disability insurance plans or programs and any other employee benefit plans made or fringe benefit plans, perquisites or arrangements which the Company makes available generally to employees other employees, including, without limitation, to the senior executive officers of Company the Company, to the extent that the Executive is otherwise eligible to participate in such plans or arrangements pursuant to the provisions of such plans or arrangements as they may be in effect from time to time, including but not limited to, any savings plan, life insurance plan and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions specified in, or amendments made to, such plans.

Benefit Plans. Executive will be entitled to participate in those benefit plans generally provided for Company’s executives in the same or a similar tier of management, in accordance with the terms of the applicable benefit plans. Additionally, Executive shall be entitled to participate in any and all plans, arrangements or distributions maintained by the Company pertaining to or in connection with any pension, life, health insurance, disability insurance or similar benefits provided by the Company to its employees, as determined by the Company's Board of Directors pursuant to the governing instruments which establish and determine eligibility and other rights of the participants and beneficiaries under such plans or other benefit plans made available generally to employees of Company from time to time, including but not limited to, any savings plan, life insurance plan and health insurance plan, all subject to any restrictions specified in, or amendments made to, such plansprograms.
