Common use of Benefits and Obligations Clause in Contracts

Benefits and Obligations. The covenants and agreements contained herein shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the Partners and their respective legal, successors. Any persons succeeding to the interest of a Partner shall succeed to all of such Partner's rights, interests and obligations hereunder, subject to and with the benefit of all terms and conditions of this Agreement, including the restrictive conditions contained herein.
