Partner Portal. 9.2.1. The Partner shall have access at any time from her/his Partner Portal / Dashboard including but not limited to the following information:
a. Number of new Client(s) who have successfully registered with the Partner URL Tracker.
b. Referred Client’s activities,
c. Total amount payable after deductions and set offs.
d. The Company shall have no liability for the accuracy or completeness of these reports.
Partner Portal. 8.1 If CloudM has granted the Reseller access to the Partner Portal, the Reseller agrees to comply with the Partner Portal Terms.
Partner Portal. Partner shall: - receive access to sales and technical enablement content, technical architecture best practices and advanced topics as and when made available by Exasol; - have access to e-learning tutorials (Exacademy) leading to technical and sales certification; - be displayed on the Exasol website with Partner’s logo and including a mutually agreed partner descriptor; - be entitled to register opportunities via the ORF (refer to Agreement, Section 2); - be entitled to install and use NFR-Licenses (refer to Agreement, Section 9 and General T&C, Section 3 below).

Partner Portal. Partner’s use of the Partner Portal is subject to this Agreement, Kreato CRM Terms at xxx.Xxxxxxxxx.xxx, and any additional terms within the Partner Portal. Partner will create an online password that will allow Partner to access the Partner Portal. Partner is responsible for keeping Partner’s password confidential. Partner will be responsible for all account activity. If Partner believes Partner’s account security has been compromised, please notify the Kreato CRM Partner program office at xxxxxxx@XxxxxxXXX.xxx. Partner will not grant any third-party access to the Partner Portal without prior written approval by Kreato.
Partner Portal a. Nokia maintains a Partner Portal that contains Information pertaining to Deliverables, technical product documentation and other collaterals. Partner may request that Nokia grant Partner a limited, non-exclusive, non- transferable, non-sublicensable right and license, during the period of this Agreement, to access the Partner Portal and to use the Information solely in connection with its activities as a Partner hereunder. All Information shall remain the property of Nokia or its licensors and, if marked or identified as “confidential” or “proprietary”, shall be deemed confidential information of Nokia subject to Section 4 below. Except as expressly stated herein, no other grant of right or license to use, under any patent, copyright or any other intellectual property rights, is made from Nokia to Partner under this Agreement.
b. Partner shall use the Information only for the purposes of development of Partner’s Services related to an engagement with a Nokia-authorized partner or = an end customer purchasing Nokia Deliverables. Partner shall make no other use of the Information and shall use it only in a manner that inures to the benefit of Nokia. Access to the Information shall be made available only to Partner’s personnel who have a need to know such Information in order to fulfill the permitted uses described herein and have been assigned the necessary access and security codes to enable such personnel to use the Partner Portal. Nokia may change the access and security codes from time-to-time and shall promptly notify Partner of any such changes. Partner shall promptly notify Nokia of the termination or reassignment of any Partner personnel who had previously been granted access to the Partner Portal.
Partner Portal. Based on the applicable partnership level provided in Annexure B, the Partner will be granted access by Xxxxxx to a partner portal (“ERPNext Partner Portal”). The Partner must use and update all mandatory information on the partner portal from time to time.
Partner Portal. Company shall provide a web-accessible portal for Partner to view a list of Recipients who have used the Partner’s unique tracking link.
Partner Portal. Dynatrace will provide access to an online system, which will be a landing point for the VAR to access support cases, sales and marketing Materials, deal registration, and training information (both online and instructor-led). Instructor-led training may be provided at no charge per a regular schedule to be determined by Dynatrace. Additional fee-based training may also be provided to supplement this. As part of this online system, Dynatrace will provide access to a Partner Deal Registration (“PDR”) system, which VARs agree to use to register all prospective sales opportunities.
Partner Portal. For trials, quotes, orders, cancellations and more related to The End Customer, the partner must use the designated forms found through the Partner Portal: • xxxxx://xxx.xxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx/partner-portal The date for the cancellation will be the date for the submission of the cancellation form.
