Benefits and Obligations. The covenants and agreements contained in this Agreement shall inure to the benefit of, and be binding upon, the Partners and their respective legal successors. Any persons succeeding to the interest of a Partner shall succeed to all of such Partner's rights, interests and obligations under this Agreement, subject to and with the benefit of all terms and conditions of this Agreement.
