We may from time to time offer additional services to your Accounts or special programs related to you being a Card- holder, such as the option for eligible cardholders to skip a payment in January, at no additional cost to you beyond normal INTEREST CHARGE. You understand and agree that we are not obligated to offer such services or programs and may withdraw or change them at any time.
