Benefits; Binding Effect. This Agreement shall be for the benefit of ------------------------ and binding upon the parties and their respective heirs, personal representatives, legal representatives, successors and assigns. If Executive is transferred to an affiliate of the Company, such affiliate will assume this Agreement and upon assumption shall be deemed "the Company" under this Agreement.
