Benefits Determination. All final decisions regarding coverage are reserved to Blue Shield, and Group shall refer Members who have inquiries or disputes regarding such coverage to Blue Shield for response and resolution. This provision, however, does not and shall not be construed to prohibit any physician from providing any medical treatment, or other advice which such physician believes to be in the best interest of the patient.
