Common use of Benefits in Excess Clause in Contracts

Benefits in Excess. Should there be any Local Working Conditions in effect which provide benefits that are in excess of, or in addition to, but not in conflict with benefits established by this Agreement, they shall remain in effect for the term of this Agreement, except as they are Changed in accordance with Paragraph 4 below.
