BENEFITS INALIENABLE. 10.1 The benefits provided for by the Funds/Schemes referred to in this chapter shall not be transferable and any member who attempts to assign, transfer, pledge or hypothecate his rights may forthwith cease to be entitled to any benefits whatsoever, and membership of the Funds/Schemes in respect of members and their dependants may be terminated by the Council or Board of Trustees: Provided that a member’s Provident Fund benefits may, with the approval of the Board of Trustees and the Financial Services Conduct Authority as the case may be, be transferred to another registered, recognised provident/pension fund.

  • Membership Benefits The Provider’s consultations are thirty (30) minutes in duration. This is a single consultation. As a member of this programme, you will receive either a functional medicine assessment or mandatory health appraisal, with the Provider.   • Retiree Health Benefits 1. There is currently in effect a retiree health benefit program for retired members of LACERS under LAAC Division 4, Chapter 11. All covered employees who are members of LACERS, regardless of retirement tier, shall contribute to LACERS four percent (4%) of their pre-tax compensation earnable toward vested retiree health benefits as provided by this program. The retiree health benefit available under this program is a vested benefit for all covered employees who make this contribution, including employees enrolled in LACERS Tier 3.

  • Covered Benefits Benefits for Bone Mass Measurement for the prevention, diagnosis, and treatment of osteoporosis are covered when requested by a Health Care Provider for a Qualified Individual.

  • Survivor Benefits 1. A surviving dependent of a retiree who was eligible to receive a Retiree Medical Grant, as stated above in A through C, and who qualifies for a monthly allowance shall be eligible for fifty (50) percent of the Grant authorized for the retiree.

  • Benefits for Retirees The Employer will continue payment of Extended Health, Semi-Private Health Care Coverage or equivalent for any employee from the date of early retirement to the age of sixty-five (65). However, the Employer will not continue payment of the Dental Plan or any other benefit plan, and employees will not be entitled to subscribe to same under any conditions.

  • Public Benefits This Agreement provides assurances that the Public Benefits identified below will be achieved and developed in accordance with the Applicable Rules and Project Approvals and with the terms of this Agreement and subject to the City’s Reserved Powers.
