Benefits of Company Employees. Employees of the Company shall be entitled ----------------------------- to receive the benefits package recommended by the Company President and approved by the Committee. Such benefits package will be, at a minimum, that which is required by law and, where not required by law, in the Company's sole discretion. Changes in the benefits package shall be recommended by the Company President and implemented after approval of the Committee.
