Common use of Benefits of Guaranty Restricted Clause in Contracts

Benefits of Guaranty Restricted. Nothing express or implied in this Guaranty is intended or shall be construed to give to any Person other than the Guarantors, the Noteholders and the Security Trustee any legal or equitable right, remedy or claim under or in respect hereof or any covenant, condition or provision herein contained; and all such covenants, conditions and provisions are and shall be held to be for the sole and exclusive benefit of the Guarantors, the Noteholders and the Security Trustee.
