Common use of Benefits of Guaranty Clause in Contracts

Benefits of Guaranty. The provisions of this Guaranty are for the benefit of the Administrative Agent and the Lenders and their respective successors, transferees, endorsees and assigns, and nothing in this Agreement contained shall impair, as between the Borrower, the Administrative Agent and the Lenders, the obligations of the Borrower under the Loan Documents. In the event all or any part of the Guaranteed Obligations are transferred, endorsed or assigned by the Administrative Agent or any Lender to any Person or Persons, any reference to any "Administrative Agent" or "Lenders" in this Agreement shall be deemed to refer equally to such Person or Persons.
