Benefits on Death. A. All benefits payable on the death of the employee shall be paid to the estate of the employee except where the employee has named a beneficiary as in the case of a life insurance policy. B. The Board agrees that upon the death of an employee the Board will continue the benefits and pay all premiums for MSP, EHB, and Dental for the month in which the death occurred and for two calendar months thereafter.
