Death After Pension Commencement Date. In the event a Member dies after the commencement of pension benefits hereunder, the remaining benefits, if any, shall be payable in accordance with the form of payment applicable to or elected by the Member under Section 8 (Xxxxxx and Forms of Payment). Any changes in the Member's spousal status after commencement of the pension benefits shall not affect the form of payment elected by the Member.
