Common use of Benefits Paid Clause in Contracts

Benefits Paid. For claims occurring on or after February 9, 2014, the weekly benefit shall be two hundred and twenty-five dollars ($225.00). Effective February 1, 2015, and until the termina- tion of this Agreement, the weekly benefit shall be two hun- dred and thirty-five dollars ($235.00).
