Benefits & Privileges. The following benefits and/or privileges will continue to be enjoyed by all bargaining unit employees: 1. The ability to switch lunch periods with fellow employees so long as each office is covered. 2. The ability to discharge sick or personal days on a half day basis. 3. The ability to work through coffee breaks and leave early subject to the approval of the immediate supervisor. 4. Early release to attend retirement party.
