Benefits Required by Law and Plans. In the event of Employee’s Separation from Service, Employee shall be entitled to medical and other insurance coverage, if any, as is required by law and, to the extent not inconsistent with this Agreement, to receive such additional benefits as Employee may be entitled under the express terms of applicable benefit plans (other than bonus or severance plans) of the Company or its Affiliates.
