Benefits Solely from General Assets. The benefits provided hereunder shall be paid solely from the general assets of Employer. Nothing herein shall be construed to require Employer to maintain any fund or segregate any amount for the benefit of Employee, and neither Employee nor any other person shall have any claim against, right to, or security or other interest in, any fund, account or asset of Employer from which any payment under this Agreement may be made.
