General Benefits. During the Term of Employment, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in such employee pension and welfare benefit plans and programs of the Company as are made available to the Company's senior-level executives or to its employees generally, as such plans or programs may be in effect from time to time, including, without limitation, health, medical, dental, long-term disability, travel accident and life insurance plans.
General Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to participate in the various employee benefit plans or programs, if any, provided to the officers of the Company in general, including but not limited to, health, dental, disability and life insurance plans, subject to the eligibility requirements with respect to each of such benefit plans or programs, and such other benefits or perquisites as may be approved by the Board during the Term. Nothing in this paragraph shall be deemed to prohibit the Company from making any changes in any of the plans, programs or benefits described in this Section 7, provided the change similarly affects all executive officers of the Company similarly situated.
General Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to receive or participate in all benefit plans and programs of Employer currently existing or hereafter made available to executives or senior management of Employer, including but not limited to, dental and medical insurance, including coverage for dependents of Employee, pension and profit sharing plans, 401(k) plans, incentive savings plans, stock option plans, group life insurance, salary continuation plans, disability coverage and other fringe benefits.
General Benefits. Upon satisfying applicable eligibility requirements, if any, Employee will be eligible to participate in the Company's qualified 401(k) plan, group health, group life insurance, accidental death and dismemberment, travel accident, long-term disability and short-term disability plans and other welfare and similar plans and vacation policies under terms generally applicable to other similarly situated employees of the Company and shall be eligible to receive all perquisites and other benefits provided or made available by the Company to other similarly situated executives of the Company.
General Benefits. During the term of this Agreement, Executive shall be entitled to other benefits provided by ARC to its senior executives from time to time, including but not limited to, 401(k) and other retirement plans, deferred compensation, paid holidays, sick leave and other similar benefits. Executive shall be entitled to 4 weeks paid vacation each calendar year accrued and vested in accordance with ARC’s vacation policy applicable to senior management.
General Benefits. Employee shall be entitled to receive or participate in the Company currently medical insurance plan and such other health or welfare benefit plans as the Company may adopt in the same manner as other members of the Company’s senior management team. Employee acknowledges that the level of awards or other participation in certain of such plans is subject to the discretion of the Company
General Benefits. The Board shall provide each teacher with an application or enrolment form for participation in the medical, dental, extended health and group life insurance benefit plans. In the event a teacher does not wish to participate in any particular benefit plan where opting out is an option, the application or enrolment form must be so noted by the teacher and kept on file by the Board.
General Benefits. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in all employee benefit plans and arrangements of the Company that may be in effect from time to time and as may from time to time be made available to the other similarly situated executive officers of the Company, subject to and on a basis consistent with the terms, conditions and overall administration of such plans and arrangements.
General Benefits. Employee benefits provided by applicable laws, executive orders and regulations will not be denied because of exclusion from this agreement.
General Benefits. 1. Parking shall be provided for all academic employees during the term of their assignments.
2. All academic employees shall contribute through payroll deduction to OASI (Social Security).
3. Reimbursement for travel, approved in advance by the appropriate Unit Administrator or required by the work assignment, shall be provided by the Employer. If College transportation is not available, the academic employee shall be reimbursed at the standard travel rate for the use of the academic employee’s personal vehicle or public transportation used.
4. The Employer shall contribute the maximum amount authorized and funded for allowable retirement plans for which the applicable eligibility standards are met.
5. The Employer shall contribute up to the maximum amount authorized and funded by law and the Public Employees Benefits Board of the Washington State Health Care Authority for allowable group insurance plans for each eligible academic employee. Academic employees shall have the opportunity to self-pay such contributions during leaves without pay if permitted under applicable regulations of the Health Care Authority. All premiums in excess of the amount funded by the State Legislature shall be borne by the academic employee.
6. All academic employees shall be granted personal leave as outlined in Article XIV (Leaves) Section B, and Section F.1.b. of this article.
7. Sick leave buy-out provisions for all academic employees shall be in accordance with College policy.
