Benefits to the School District. The staff members involved will submit their proposal to their primary evaluator (Building Principal), who will, upon approval, submit the proposal to the Assistant Superintendent of Human Resources. Proposals will be evaluated based on the above criteria. In addition, the availability of qualified personnel, the estimated probability of success and any other administrative concerns will be taken into consideration.
