Benefits to Which Members are Entitled. 1. The benefit liability of the Plan is limited to the benefits specified in this Agreement. 2. Except as provided in Subsection X. TRANSPLANT SERVICES of SECTION DB - DESCRIPTION OF BENEFITS no person other than a Member is entitled to receive benefits under this Agreement. Such right to benefits and coverage is not transferable. 3. Benefits for Covered Services specified in this Agreement will be provided only for Services and supplies rendered by a Provider as defined in SECTION DE - DEFINITIONS of this Agreement and regularly included in such Provider’s charges.
