Benefits Trust. The benefits of this Article shall be administered by the Union Benefits Trust. In the event benefit plans are extended to non-state employee groups, the Trust will establish appropriate separate accounting practices to clearly identify fund impacts. Except for established payroll deductions for programs and organizations in effect on the effective date of this Agreement, along with any deductions, no additional payroll deductions for dues, fees or contributions shall be provided to any individual or organization without the prior written consent of the Union and the Employer.

Benefits Trust. The Parties have agreed to participate in the Public Education Benefits Trust (PEBT) and to place their dental, extended health and group life insurance coverage specified in this Article with the PEBT. The Parties have further agreed to participate in the government funded “Core” long-term disability plan and the Joint Early Intervention Service provided through the PEBT.
Benefits Trust. The benefits of this Article shall be administered by the Union Benefits Trust. The Employer shall provide all dental, life, vision, and other designated benefits to the extent and in the manner outlined in the Employer’s agreement with OCSEA and the Benefits Trust. The Employer shall place the employee’s monthly health benefits deduction on a pre-tax basis as permitted by Federal Law.

Participation in the benefits trust will be in accordance with the Industrial Inquiry Commissioners’ Reports made by Xxxxx Xxxxxx and Xxxxx Xxxxx dated May 30, 2000 and June 7, 2000, which specify the basis upon which school districts participate in the trust and as clarified in their Recommendations Regarding Outstanding Accord Matters dated March 21, 2001. The parties further agree to participate in a government funded long-term disability plan and early return to work program in accordance with the Industrial Inquiry Commission Report(s) identified in the preceding paragraph. The parties agree that any references to specific benefit carriers providing benefits identified above will be effective until the date of participation in the benefits trust.
