Best Efforts for Duration of Relationship. The Parties acknowledge that there will be many changes in the course of the term of the IUAs in technology, capabilities, and regulatory environment and other relevant areas, and the Parties covenant and agree to act in a cooperative manner to preserve the intent of the relationships reflected in this Agreement to their mutual advantage and to use their commercially reasonable best efforts to maintain that mutual advantage in accordance with the initial intent of the Parties.
