Best Efforts to Effectuate This Settlement. 18. The Settling Parties and their counsel agree to recommend approval of this Settlement Agreement by the Court and to undertake their best efforts, including all steps and efforts contemplated by this Settlement Agreement and any other steps and efforts that may be necessary or appropriate, by order of the Court or otherwise, to secure Final Settlement Approval and otherwise carry out the terms of this Settlement Agreement.

Best Efforts to Effectuate This Settlement. (a) Subject to the provisions of Section 18. The Settling Parties and their counsel , the parties hereto agree to recommend approval of this Settlement Agreement by the Court and Court.
