Appointment of Class Counsel. Solely for the purpose of this Settlement, the Parties stipulate and agree that the Court appoint Class Counsel to represent the Class.
Appointment of Class Counsel. In connection with their motion for preliminary approval, Plaintiffs will seek the Court’s appointment of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx of Xxxxxxx Xxxxx LLP as Class Counsel for the Settlement Class.
Appointment of Class Counsel. For purposes of this Stipulation and subject to the Court’s approval, the Parties hereby stipulate to the appointment of Class Counsel as counsel for the Class and the effectuation of the Class Settlement pursuant to this Stipulation.

The 6 Court finds that these lawyers are experienced and will adequately protect the interests of the Settlement Class.

Xxxxxxx of Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxxxxx 1 Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, PLLC, and Xxxx Xxxx of Xxxxxx Xxxxx LLP as Class Counsel pursuant to 2 Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(g) to act on behalf of the Settlement Class Representatives and the Settlement 3 Class with respect to the Settlement. The Court finds that these lawyers are experienced and will 4 adequately protect the interests of the Settlement Class.
Appointment of Class Counsel. Having considered the factors set forth in submissions of Plaintiffs’ Counsel and the work performed by Plaintiffs’ Counsel thus far in the Litigation, the Court finds that Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxx and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx 6 will fairly and adequately represent the interests of the Settlement Class. Accordingly, 7 the Court hereby appoints Xxxxxxxxx X. Xxxxx and Xxxxx X. Xxxxxx as Class Counsel 8 for the Settlement Class.

B. In appointing Class Counsel for the Settlement Class, the Court has considered the work that such counsel have performed in representing Plaintiffs, counsel’s experience in handling class actions and other complex litigation, and in prosecuting the types of claims asserted in the action, counsel’s knowledge of the applicable law, and the resources counsel has committed and will continue to commit to representing the class. The Court finds, pursuant to Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(g), that such counsel will fairly and adequately represent the interest of the class and meets the standards outlined in Fed. R. Civ. P. 23(g)(1).
