Best Efforts to Supply Actual Data. In preparing all reports required in this Agreement, the Company shall use, or cause its administrator to use, its best efforts to supply the actual data. If the actual data cannot be supplied with the appropriate report, the Company shall produce, or cause its administrator to produce, best estimates and shall provide amended reports based on actual data no more than ten (10) Business Days after the actual data becomes available.
