Best Efforts to Supply Actual Data. In preparing all reports required in this Agreement, the Company and the Reinsurer shall make their best efforts to supply the actual data. If the actual data cannot be supplied with the appropriate report, the Company shall produce best estimates, and shall provide amended reports based on actual data no more than twenty (20) Business Days after such report was originally due.
