Membership Materials for State Conferences and Recruitment Efforts: SNA will provide Affiliate with materials to promote SNA membership and participation in SNA programs as requested by Affiliate under the SNA guidelines. Membership Rosters/Reports: Affiliate leaders may access up-to-date information on state membership online and SNA will provide leaders with a detailed membership report monthly. Membership Recruitment Recognition Program: SNA will offer an incentive program for members to recruit and retain members to SNA. State Awards: SNA will offer awards to Affiliates increasing membership and SNA Certificate holders and SNS Credentialed individuals within the state. Membership Drives: SNA will facilitate membership drives to promote the recruiting of new members to SNA.
Membership Services. Participation in UH Select entitles You to the following services (the Membership Services”):
a. Same Day/Next Day Appointments With Physician. Practice is able to accommodate most requests for same day weekday appointments with a physician employed by the Practice (“Physician”). Practice will make every reasonable effort to schedule You for an appointment with Physician on the same day You contact the Practice regardless of the nature of your symptoms. If a same day appointment is not feasible, Practice will schedule an appointment the next business day. During the Physician’s absence, the Practice shall ensure that a substitute physician will be available to You to the same extent as the Physician.

The Membership Services provided by Organization are as follows: Online Services The Membership Services will specifically include the ability and responsibility of the Organization to deal with all requisite third parties. The Membership Services provided by the Organization also include the use of the Organization's physical facilities at the following address:
Membership Services. The services available under the Membership Program (the “Membership Services”) are described in the Membership Services Attachment attached hereto. Texas Family Physicians may modify, add, or discontinue Membership Services at any time, as it may choose in its sole discretion. Texas Family Physicians shall provide at least sixty (60) days written notice prior to making any changes to the Membership Services.
Membership Services. The Membership Services provided by bS-USA are designed to promote buildingSMART International’s mission and values and to actively recruit participation in support of the development and deployment of open standards in the US. bS-USA’s communications, events and professional certification efforts will be aimed at raising awareness and driving use of open standards on building and infrastructure projects by facility owners, design and engineering consultants and contractors. bS-USA will encourage US Companies to attend bSI international summits, participation in bSI ‘Rooms’ and solicit sponsorship and in-kind resource contributions for bSI projects. bS-USA will disseminate buildingSMART International marketing materials (e.g. Annual Report, Case Studies, Awards, etc.) and secure speaking engagements all toward building awareness of the importance and benefits of open standards at industry conferences. bS-USA will collaborate with other buildingSMART International Chapters and contribute to the technical development of buildingSMART International defined open standards (IFC, BCF, openBIM, etc.). bS-USA will support adoption, localization and implementation of open standards by US industry and coordinate/partner with other relevant US industry standard organizations (including OGC, GS1, etc.) bS-USA will create demand for software applications from commercial software vendors that support open standards and assist them in providing use cases, test data and validation trials.
Membership Services. The Membership Fee covers ONLY the defined Services described in Sections 1 and 2 of this Agreement. The defined Services are not covered, in whole or in part, by private health insurance or third party payment programs providing health related benefits (including Medicare or any other Government payor) (collectively “Payors”). You represent and agree that the Services and the Membership Fee are not covered or reimbursable by any Payors. Neither you nor IIM shall submit a bill nor seek reimbursement or payment from any Payors for any portion of the Membership Fee or Services covered by the Membership Fee.
Membership Services. Clearing Membership on-boarding and management of Clearing Members in accordance with the ICE Clear Rules and keeping LIFFE fully informed of material membership matters including without limitation liaison with LIFFE including the supply of on-watch reports and any non-compliance of members active on the LIFFE Markets and updating of all membership matters which give rise to regulatory issues or risk for the LIFFE Markets.
