Common use of Best Endeavours to Settle Disputes Clause in Contracts

Best Endeavours to Settle Disputes. In the event of any dispute, claim, question or difference arising out of or relating to this Agreement or any agreement executed pursuant to this Agreement or any breach hereof, the parties hereto shall use their best endeavours to settle such dispute, claim, question or difference. To this effect, they shall consult and negotiate with each other, in good faith and understanding of their mutual interests, to reach a just and equitable solution satisfactory to all parties.
