Settlement Procedure “H” is subject to extension in accordance with any extension of fedwire closing deadlines and in the other events specified in the SDFS operating procedures in effect on the settlement date. If settlement of a Book-Entry Security is rescheduled or canceled, the Trustee, upon obtaining knowledge thereof, will deliver to DTC, through DTC’s Participation Terminal System, a cancellation message to such effect by no later than 2:00 p.m. New York City time on the business day immediately preceding the scheduled settlement date.
