Beta Site. IM will offer ATMI to be a beta site for future HPC product offerings, under terms to be mutually agreed on a case by case basis in future beta site agreements. The provisions of this Agreement with respect to compensation for ATMI Improvements, as well as the restrictions set forth in Section 4.12.1 shall be inapplicable to beta sites for IM product offerings.
