Media. No media releases, public announcements or public disclosures relating to this Agreement or its subject matter, including but not limited to promotional or marketing material, shall be made by the Contractor without the prior written consent of the Client.
Media. (a) Industry standard destruction of sensitive materials before disposition of media; (b) secure safe for storing damaged hard disks prior to physical destruction; and (c) physical destruction of all decommissioned hard disks storing Customer Data.
Media. Media means material on which data is recorded, such as magnetic tapes, hard disks, optical disks or floppy disks.
Media. If you acquired the software on a disc or other media, you may make one backup copy of the media. You may use it only to reinstall the software on the licensed computer.
Media. Coverage is provided for the depreciated cost of “media” being materials on which “data” is recorded including magnetic tapes, discs, disc packs, portable memory devices, paper tapes and cards. Coverage under this Additional Agreement is limited to “media” on the insured “premises” and the direct physical loss or damage must be caused by an insured peril. Coverage doesn’t apply to “media” that cannot be replaced with other “media” of like kind and quality.
Media a. The Contractor and its Personnel must not divulge any Confidential Information regarding the nature or progress of the Services or give any publicity, media reports, or engage in any form of social media concerning the Services except with the written consent of NAFC or a Member.
b. The Contractor’s obligations under this clause 5.15 will not extend to:
i. information already in the public domain other than due to a breach of this Contract; or
ii. any disclosure required by law.
c. The operation of this clause 5.15 survives the termination or expiration of this Contract.
Media. Xxxxxxx agrees to acknowledge DBW’s financial support whenever work funded by this Agreement is publicized in any news media, brochures, or other type of promotional material.
Media. 7.1 Players should always refer to the Event by its title “SPONSOR EUROPEAN OPEN POOL CHAMPIONSHIP” and will make themselves available to attend press conferences, television and social media interviews for the duration of the Event and any time before the Event as requested by the Head of Media. Players shall fully cooperate and assist in in the advertising, publicity and promotion of the Event, including through their social media accounts and all social media platforms (not limited to; Instagram, Facebook, Snapchat, TikTok and Twitter).
7.2 All Players must make themselves available for the following Media activity in relation to the Event:
a) one pre-Event press conference;
b) one post-Event press conference;
c) one pre-match interview with the Promoter and or Broadcaster;
d) one post-match interview with the Promoter and or Broadcaster;
e) live commentary during the Event with the Broadcaster;
f) two pre-Event photo shoots with the Promoter and Host Broadcaster;
g) participate in a live warm up activity / training ahead of the Event;
h) a minimum of two live interviews upon signature of this Agreement until the Event;
i) feature on “Off the Rail” throughout the Event;
j) assist in general promotion for the benefit of the Event, the Promoter, Host Sponsor and or Sponsor.
7.3 All Players are required to wear an Event Logo for any Media activity in association to the Event and at any other time instructed by the Promoter.
7.4 Matchroom personnel will liaise and communicate with the Players on such requirements; players will be reasonably requested and notified.
Media. DISTRICT agrees to waive any and all television, radio, video, film, photography and internet rights and/or access fees normally charged for events held at DISTRICT’s facilities, and grants free and full access to media rights holders as needed. DISTRICT will pay any such fees not waived.
Media. The Reseller shall work with Participating State or other Purchasing Entity to provide media via any method available and as requested by the Participating State including, but not limited to: original Publisher media, CD copies of master media duplicated by the Reseller, electronic downloads, etc. In cases where original publisher’s media is not available, the Reseller shall provide CD’s copied from master disks of the software purchased under any volume or enterprise license agreement.
